We have a large and varied stock (19,500 books and counting,) ranging from the esoteric to the easy-to-read, on just about any subject one could think of. Our no-quibble guarantee While every attempt will be made to give an accurate description, our aim is to please our customers, so we will accept any book back and give a full refund if it fails to meet expectations as to condition, provided that we are notified within seven days of delivery and that goods are returned to us within 14 days of notification, and in the condition they left us. http://www.unclephilsbooks.co.uk/ Terms of Sale: Payment Methods Accepted We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, Maestro, PAYPAL, cheques on UK banks only, Postal Orders, and direct bank transfer, either UK or International. Our catalogue on the Internet is updated as often as is practicable. It must however be understood that occasionally books may have already been sold, and thus all orders are subject to acceptance by Uncle Phil's Books. No-quibble returns and refunds policy While every attempt will be made to give an accurate description, our aim is to please our customers, so we will accept any book back and give a full refund if it fails to meet expectations, provided that we are notified within seven days of delivery and that goods are returned to us within 7 days of notification (and in the condition in which they left us.) Shipping Shipping costs include packing and apply to all books except multi-volume sets. Books will be sent out via Royal Mail under normal conditions of postage. This service does not provide tracking information. While we will do everything possible to help if the occasional package goes missing, we cannot be held responsible for the vagaries of Her Majesty's Mails, for delays by foreign postal services, US or other customs services, for industrial action by postal workers, or for any other third party action beyond our control. Trade Sales Booksellers – We encourage Trade business, and will give generous Trade discounts to bona-fide booksellers. Please email for details. We are happy to drop ship. If you prefer not to pay for your order online just give us a ring. We’ll be happy to take your order and answer any questions you have over the phone. We are open all day and early evenings - 7 days a week - if we are out buying please leave a message on our answer phone and we will get back to you. We are full time bookdealers. We pride ourselves on processing, packing and posting all orders in between 2-18 hours from the time of order during weekdays. We offer a no-quibble returns policy as long as books are returned within 7 days of receipt & you have contacted us before returning. Photographs of all books are available via e-mail on request. |
