Personal checks require 4 days to clear before we ship. Books are offered online subject to prior sale, and may be returned within 15 business days if not as described for full refund that includes shipping. SHIPPING: Media Mail is free within the U.S.A. Airmail or Priority are $5 additional for the first book, and $2 each additional book. Surface Mail to other countries is $6 the first book, and $3 each additional book. Airmail to Canada or Mexico is $6 the first book, $3 each additional. Global Priority overseas is $9 for a Flat Rate octavo book envelope.
