GAUDY DUTCH WAR BONNET TODDY PLATE.
Manufacturer: Unknown. C. 1785 - 1815.. 5 1/4" d. All colors overglaze except blue. Staffordshire, England. C. 1785 - 1815. "2 1037 1" handwritten in red under glaze on separate lines on bottom. Scattered, verylight crazing around the outer part of the rim visible only with a magnifying glass; about half of the area between the bottom rim has crazing: about 1/3 is just visible to the eye with the remainder visible only undermagnification. All of the crazing is too faint to be captured in a photo. Otherwise, the plate is Fine, i.e..no cracks, chips, checks, discoloration, or scratches.

OLD PARIS VASE
Manufacturer: Unknown. 19th C.. OLD PARIS VASE. Stark white, thin porcelain. Small pierced handles near the top of the oval body, thrusting up from which is slender flared trumpet. Typical French pink glaze with gilt sponge work at the top of the trumpet & near the foot of the body, and groups of vertical gilt brush strokes around the top of the body and within the cartouche. Elaborate moldedscrolling highlighted with gilt around the body's cartouche in which there is a printed transfer augmented by handpainting of a bucolic scene after the manner of Jean-Antoine Watteau. 19th C. Gilt on the handles worn, a few short scratches on the back o/w Fine (No defects).

SCARCE NIPPON DRAGONWARE VANITY BOX.
Manufacturer: Meiyo China, Japan. 1891 - 1921. Oval shaped with Moriage (slip-trailed) dragon on a ruffled lid with gold trim. Glass eyes. Basic background of gray & white with some red & blue. White, pale blue & lavender slip on lid with gilted areas outlined in white slip. The sides of the boxhave the same background, but only lavender slip adornment. Bottom is 6 1/2"x 4 5/8". Lid is 6 1/2" x 5". Stamped "Meiyo China/ Nippon" (Van Patton mark #185) in red & impressed "B -567". The lid has 2 little scuffed areas & some missing slip around the tip of the longest flames & the base of the shortest (see photo) o/w Fine (No defects).
