11 Inch, Green Depression Swung-Fluted Bud Vase  Picture
Manufacturer: Unknown 1930's.
This is a green, depression era swung, fluted, bud vase, with panel sides, and a ribbed top. A swung vase is a vase that was molded first in a pressed-glass mold. After it has been removed from the molde, it is reheated and swung on the end of a rod, wich pulls the vase into a long shape. As typical with green from the depression era, this one glows very nicely under a black light. It is in excellent condition with no chps or cracks. Typical imperfections and mold lines.

3 Footed Bowl with Shaggy Rose Center Thorn Consol  Picture
Manufacturer: U.S. Glass Company 1930s.
Three footed pressed glass bowl in a thick-Vaseling-Green. The inside center has the U.S. Glass Company Shaggy Rose pattern pressed in. The consol has the Thorn pattern. The Shaggy Rose pattern and the bowl shape dates back to the 1930's. There is a flat 1/2 inch chip on the bottom of the consol along the edge. No other chips or cracks. The bowl glows a very bright green/yellow under the black light.

This is a 3.5 inch wide round dome lid in the Crackle pattern. It stands 3 inches tall. If you turn this piece upside down under a bright light, you can see a hairline crack inside the class. You can ot see the crack with the top sitting upright. We have discounted it and it is sold as is.

Decagon is Cambridge's name for their 10-sided blank that was used by many of their patterns with etchings.

This 13 inch Decagon, 2 handled platter, done in Vaseline Green, is in very good condition with just some minor scratch lines close to the center from use. No nicks, chips or cracks. Glows nicely under the black light.

Crystal with embossed "Duchess" pattern, so named by Weatherman, Book 2, p. 391. Cone-shaped in original footed nickelplated steel holders. 3 7/8" d. x 3 1/2" h. in holders. Maker unknown, but the pattern is very similar to Anchor Hocking's "Philbe" used on Fire King and Hocking's "Cameo." C. 1930s. Glass is Fine, i.e. no defects. Holders Near Fine, i.e. minimal signs of use with no significant defects.

Fostoria Green Novelty Comport Cut Glass Arbor Fairfax  Picture

This green comport stands 3.25 inches tall and is 8 inches wide at the top. The pattern is cut into the glass. The lines are the same lines used on the Arbor Cut Glass pattern, but the flowers are the the samed used for the Fairfax cut glass pattern. We found the same cut glass pattern on an amber Fairfax candy dish. Most likely this Novelty piece was cut to go with both patters. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

MCKEE GLASS COMPORT WITH WHEEL CUT DECORATIONS.  Picture
Manufacturer: McKee Glass Co., Jeannette, PA. 1930s..
Green. Slightly rolled, octagonal rim with wheel cut (light cut) decorations. The cutting consists of 4 sets of 5 bands each of which cut across the rim. Each of the sets are separated by a cutting of a 6-petaled flower on a 2-leafed stem. Round foot. 10" d. x 3 1/4" h. The blank used for this comport was the same one (No. 155) used by McKee in its "Gold Encrusted No. 3 Line" produced around during the 1920s (See Stout "The Complete Book of McKee Glass", page 106 or "Depression Glass III", Plate 21). The cutting is very typical of those used by McKee, but it is not shown in any books on McKee. McKee Glass Co., Jeannette, PA. 1930s. Fine, i.e. no defects. Rare 9 Inch Thumbprint Vase, Vaseline Green  Picture
Manufacturer: Federal Glass Company 1927-1930.
The Federal Glass Company made the Thumbprint pattern only in Green and only from 1927 - 1930. This is a rare 9 inch vase, in very good condition. There are no chips or cracks. There are ware marks on the bottom, and some slight ware on the sides. A few small bubbles inside the glass. 2 mold lines, one down each side.

The vase measures a little over 9 inches tall and 6 inches across the top. It is heavy with glass about 1/4 inch thick. Under the black light, it glows a bright yellow/green.

The plate glows very nicely under a black light. The Roulette Hocking Glass pattern has often been called 'Many Windows' because of the circles of multiple squares. The Roulette pattern was made from 1935-1930.

This is a Hocking Glass Company, Green Roulette (also called Many Windows) 9 inch fruit bowl in vaseline green. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Hocking Glass made the roulette pattern from 1935 - 1938, during the depression era for glass making. Typical of depression glass, this bowl glows very nicely under the black light.

This is a saucer made in green-vaseline by the Hocking Glass Company during the 1930s. The pattern is Roulette, also called 'Many Windows'. The saucer is in excellent condition with no chips and cracks. It glows very nicely under the black light.

Manufacturer: Hocking Glass Company 1935- 1938.
This is a Roulette Green Vaseline Sherbert along with the 6 inch Sherbert Plate. Both are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Hocking Glass Company made the Roulette Pattern during 1935 - 1938 (depression era). Typical of the era, both pieces glow very nicely under the black light.

RUBY GLASS TUMBLERS WITH GOLD BANDS.  Picture
Manufacturer: Unknown. 1930s..
Pair. 9 Oz. Plain, straight sides tapering from 2"d. base to 2 3/4" d. rim. 4 5/8"h. 1/8" gold band at the rim & another thin band 5/16" below. Mold blown. These are not part of Anchor Hocking's "Royal Ruby" tableware. Anchor Hocking did make 2 gold band tumblers in this shape & size, but both bands are below the rim. Some scattered minor wear on the gold bands.o/w Fine.

Spiral Green Preserve and Cover, Depression Glassware  Picture
Manufacturer: Hocking Glass Company 1928 - 1930.
This is a green Preserve Covered Dish in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks, but there are very tiny nicks that can be felt on the inside of the bottom rim. Some slight wear marks on the bottom from shelf ware. Top and bottom together measures 6 inches wide and just under 5 inches tall. Both pieces glow a very bright green/yellow under the black linght. Hocking Glass Company made this Spiral pattern from 1928-1930.
