CHILDREN'S MINIATURE GLASS MUG/ CANDY DIP.
Manufacturer: Federal Glass Co. C. 1914. Named "Penny Candy" by Mordock & Adams (Pattern Glass Mugs). Crystal. Plain top with ribbed panels on slightly flaring base. 1 1/2" d. x 1 7/8" h. Bottom embossed with "F" in shield logo of Federal Glass Co. These were shown in a 1914 Federal Glass" Packers Catalogue." Federal made very similar mugs before it closed in 1979, but these had a collar foot added [Cf. Heacock's "The Glass Collector," Issue No 5. Page 39]. Fine (No defects).

Pre-World War 2 Elastolin Toy German Soliders.
Manufacturer: Hausser/ Elastolin C. 1940. Lot of 7. Painted sawdust & glue embossed "Elastolin" on bases. 7 cm. high. Shown in a 1939/ 1940 Hausser/ Elastolin catalog. From left to right on the photo: (1) Charging solider with rifle, (2) Solider carrying machine gun ammo cases. (3) & (4) Soliders with binoculars. (5) Medic with stretcher carrying hands. (6) & (7) Guard soliders with rifles. (1) thru (5) are Very Good, i.e. signs ofcareful use with no significant defects. (6) Entire barrel of the rifle is missing, a chip on the tip of the coat collar, a crack in the leg below the coat, & 2 hardly seen chips on the base. (7) gun barrel partially missing &cracks through both legs with one including chips on the leg & shoe.
