Behind the this scene, the title is woven into a sampler with a ornate, colorful border in red & blue letters. The sampler is surrounded by a blue frame with broken pediment & 'wooden' finial. wooden posts stand on each side of the frame. The back cover shows the same sampler framed in blue, but with a 'wooden' broken pediment on top & the company's trademarked White & Black boys in chef hats flanking the cowhead logo in a wreathe. The back cover is striped with the same yellow sun rays & blue shade as the front cover. 7 color plates including a colorful diagram showing the internal organs from esophagus to colon, another showing "The Alimentary Time-Table", & 5 showing slim, healthy people. Many color illustration of prepared recipes, etc. No. 329. Since the booklet's primary purpose is to advertise ALL-BRAN as ultimate in fighting constipation & dieting, there are only a few recipes using the product. Advice on proper eating, exercising, beauty aids, etc. is supplemented with a calorie chart, menus for 7 days, & an ideal weight chart.
