The statue of this North Dakota politician and one time U. S. Treasurer was sculpted by Dr. Avard Fairbanks. This book contains the proceedings in the U. S. Congress and Capitol Rotunda, June 27, 1963. This copy has a Library of Congress "duplicate" stamp on the title page, but no other ex-library indications.
