TomFolio.com FAQ: Update Credit Card
|
How can I correct a mistake in the credit card information that I entered?
The TomFolio.com website stores customer credit card information by order
and not by customer.
If you have entered your credit card information incorrectly and need update it
for a specific TomFolio.com order, please follow the directions below:

Log in to the customer account area
at https://www.tomfolio.com/customers/youraccount.asp using
your customer email and password.

If you have forgotten your password, please
click here to go to the
customer password help page. Enter your email address in the box provided, click on the submit
button, and your password will be emailed to you. If your email address was not found, please
follow the directions on the next page for more assistance.

Once you are logged into the customer area, from the Customer Information Page, click on the link, "View List of Current Orders".

From the Customer List of Recent Orders page, click on the view button that is next to the
order number that you wish to update credit card information for.

The order page includes a list of books ordered, the status of each book ordered,
a link to contact the bookseller(s) by email, and a form at the
bottom of the page to enter new credit card information.
Enter the new credit card information, then click on the update card button.
An email message will be sent to the bookseller(s) you have purhased book(s) from in
this order, letting them know you have updated your credit card information.
Please note: Changing your credit card information to an invalid credit card number
will not cancel an order. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the bookseller
using one of the links on the order information page.
