Do you guarantee your books?

Absolutely. While TomFolio is a co-operative of independent dealers, each of our member dealers is required to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and to offer a full return for items not as described.

What is your return policy?

Each dealer has a individual return policy. Check the dealer's page to read their specific terms. You can find the dealer's page by clicking on the dealer name here: http://www.tomfolio.com/bookstores.asp

How do I get a refund?

Please contact the dealer you purchased the book from and ask to make arrangements to return the book.

If you do not know which dealer was involved, you can view your account and send an email by following these instructions:
  1. Go to the Customer area and log in: https://www.tomfolio.com/customers/youraccount.asp

  2. Click on the link "View a List of your current orders."

  3. On the next page, click on the "View" button.

  4. To the right of the order, you will find the words "Email Dealer." Click on that and a page will come up that will help you email the bookseller for the book in question.
