TomFolio.com FAQ: Order Status

How can check the status of my order?
All books purchased on the TomFolio.com website are purchased from independent
booksellers that ship from their own stock and shipped from thier location.
To contact a bookseller or booksellers to check on the status of your order, please
use the following directions:

Log in to the customer account area
at https://www.tomfolio.com/customers/youraccount.asp using
your customer email and password.

If you have forgotten your password, please
click here to go to the
customer password help page. Enter your email address in the box provided, click on the submit
button, and your password will be emailed to you. If your email address was not found, please
follow the directions on the next page for more assitance.

Once you are logged into the customer area, from the Customer Information Page, click on the link, "View List of Current Orders".

From the Customer List of Recent Orders page, click on the view button that is next to the
order number that you wish to check the status of.

The order page includes a list of books ordered, the status of each book ordered,
a link to contact the bookseller(s) by email.
Click on the blue "email dealer" link to the right of the order you wish to check the status for.
The next page will create a formed email message for you that contains information about
your order. You can edit the form by adding more details about your question
or email it to the bookseller as is.
