If your database includes more fields than those listed above, your
additional fields will be placed in the appropiate TomFolio.com field. For
example, if you have a PublishDate field, that field will be added to the
TomFolio.com Publisher field.
If you are submitting a tab or tilde-delimited file from a database program
such as Microsoft Access, File Maker Pro, or Alpha 4, you may submit as
many fields as you like, in any order that you like. However, please send
us a list of all of your field names, in the order they will be submitted.
If you change, add ,or remove a field, or if you change the order of your
fields, you must resubmit a list of your field names in the order they are
being submitted.
