Publisher: Salem Capital Journal Salem Oregon: 1927. Heavy card covers with brown cloth spine binding. Cover titles in red and black, with caricatures of Oregon Legislature President and Speaker (for 1927) facing each other. No page numbers, pages are printed one side only. Each contains several caricatures of that year's political figures and a small caption about their titles, activities, business, etc. These are cartoons that were originally publised in the Salem Capital Journal and presumably that newspaper printed this book, although there is no publishing information contained.
