Lacks: a1, a2, f10, g4, g5, L10, m1-8, n 1-8. Latin poems on historical subjects. This copy bound in 17th-century? German leather with arms of Pfalzgrafschaft bei Rhein stamped in gold on front cover. An old (19th century) bookseller's note attributes it to "Marie Augusta de Salzback, wife of Chas. Ph. [blurred] of Salzbach, Count Palatine of the Rhine." Bookplate of Charles Dexter Allen, 1865-1926, a member of the Club of Odd Volumes, author of Ex-libris, Essays of a Collector.
