The author's theory of the "Christ myth" is the theme of the novel, the life of Jesus. The first part of the book is the story of Joseph of Arimathea. The book says that when Joseph took Jesus to the tomb for burial, he discovers he is still living. After Jesus recovers, Joseph goew with him to Essenes by the Brook Kerith. The book has some wear to corners, prev owner tipped in blurb about bound set of corrected proofs for this book on verso of the limited edition page.
