The Story of the Armory Show
 Picture
Publisher: NY, Walt Kuhn, 1938.
28 p. American painter Walt Kuhn was one of the organizers of the 1913 Armory Show. He writes in ”Twenty-Five Years After” (p. 24) that ”The Armory Show affected the entire culture of America. Drabness, awkwardness began to disappear from American life, and color and grace stepped in.” An interesting insider's account of a remarkable event. Very good copy in bright orange wrappers.
