About 400 pages per volume, 71 illustrations from paintings by Albert Letchford. This edition restores a significant amount of text that had been deleted from previous editions, but some passages of "extreme grossness" have been left out. Light edge and extremity wear generally and minimal rubbing here and there. One hinge professionally repaired. Previous owner name at front of each volume. Hardcover Hardcover Very Good+
