 Picture
Publisher: World Press, Inc., Denver, CO, 1971.
Hardcover. Condition: Very Good/Good- Book #1344 of this Limited edition, signed by Koch on limitation page, perhaps in facsimile. In his research, Koch found previously undiscovered letters in Shay's former home and correspondence between Shay and U. S. patent examiners. Illus. by 8 full color paintings protected by heavy paper textured with the design of spiderwebs; and more than 600 period B&W photographs, many of them published here for the first time.
