Second Printing Near fine in light green cloth covered boards with silver colored text stamping on the spine. A small quarto measuring 11" by 8 1/4" with minor fading to the edges of the boards and the ghost of tape stains to the front board which was used to keep the dust jacket in place. In a near fine, unclipped dust jacket with faint tape stains to the flaps of the jacket. Warmly inscribed "To Craig | Best wishes on restoring your 1937 Sup 8 Packard Sedan | 4/4/72 |" and signed by the author on the first free end page. 286 pages including appendices, text and illustrated throughout with black and white photographs and one section of color photographs. Laid-in at the front of the book is a large 8" by 10" black and white photo of what may be a restored Packard convertible together with a reprint from the March, 1972 issue of Old Cars by Robert Shaw titled: The Quest for Perfection In Auto Restoration.
