Index. ** William Ambrose Mason was a London bookseller who may have been the actual publisher. A very scarce book held only by Harvard's Schlesinger Library. Covers have some scattered light spotting, pages very lightly tanned. Generally Good, i.e. obvious signs of age with no major defects. See scan.
