A well preserved copy of this somewhat scarce travelogue. Lots of observations but little analysis. Clean and soundly bound with the blue floral endpapers fully intact. The covers are clean and lightly edge worn, but the spine shows a couple of abrasions: one about a half inch from the foot with some loss of material and another an inch or so above the first which is a surface scratch.
