First Edition Originally published by Sampson, Low in England as a companion to Jane's Fighting Ships and Jane's All the World's Aircraft. Ultimately, this series was renamed Jane's World Railways. Brown cloth decorated in dark brown. About 300 pages in six sections. Light edge wear, but otherwise clean and soundly bound. The jacket has a couple of minor shallow chips on back panel but otherwise complete; moderate edge wear and some delamination in a couple of spots; five tears ranging in length from a half inch to 1.5 inches.
