Six issues of the avant-garde and contentious film periodical from the Netherlands film society (see Celine Linssen, Hans Schoots, Tom Gunning's: "Het gaat om de film!: een nieuwe geschiedenis van de Nederlandsche Filmliga, 1927-1933.") #3 undated, but 1927; others dated Dec. 1927 (#4), Feb, 1928 (#6 & #7), March (#8), and April (#9). Discussion with some illustrations cover Walter Ruttmann, Opus 2, 3 en 4, James Cruze: Jazz; Calude Autant Lara, F. W. Murnau: Nosferatu; Sergei Eisenstein: Strike, Russian Cinema, Hans Richter, J. C Mol, Max Reichmann, Iwan Mosjoukine: Le Brasier Ardent, Germain Dulac: Invitation en Voyage; Robert Wiene: Raskolnokov, Moskou: de Stad als Organisme. Scarce. OCLC and RLIN list no original copies, just the 1982 reprints; but one copy is in the Koninklijke Bibliotheek (National Library of the Netherlands). Somewhat fragile with edges darkening, wrappers detached on #3 & #4, with some edgewear to #3, #6 torn at front lower corners with loss, but marginally, with no loss to text, and dampstain to upper margin, wrappers to #7 & #9 are beginning to separate; still quite good or better despite the fragile paper stock, clean, generally uncreased with little soiling. Extremely hard to locate in any condition.

The Second revision was on 2/23/1988. This, the third. on 3/1/1988. It is an unoffical [pirated] xerox copy of copy #0064 with Lucasfilms Ltd. marks. Creasing to edges of title page, staple to top, a few small tears around one of three punch holes, faint soiling to front and rear leaves, else a very good copy, clean and unmarked.
