3 p.; 20 cm. The MS Oslofjord (1949) replaced a ship of the same name built in 1938 which sank when it hit a mine in 1940. This ship, leased to the Greek Line in 1967 and renamed Fulvia, caught fire after an engine explosion 19 July 1970 while in the Canary Islands and sank while being towed for repair. This menu offers, among others, a Chinese delicacy "Show Main" [sic]. "There's no biscuits like Show Biscuits" (The Norwegian chef instructing the Norwegian shipboard printer, mixed cultures).
