Limited Edition Fine in bright green full leather covered boards with three raised bands on the spine, gilt text stamping and decorations in the compartments and gilt decorations on the front and rear boards. The end papers are of silk and there is a matching silk placement ribbon sewn-in at the head of the spine. The edges of the text block are gilt. An octavo measuring 9" tall by 5 1/2" deep overall containing 273 pages of text illustrated with black and white drawings by Miki. One of The Franklin Library's volumes in The 100 Greatest Masterpieces of American Literature Series and one of the few American Classics which has never been out of print.
