First Edition Fine in black cloth covered boards with bold gilt text stamping on the spine. A folio measuring 14" by 11" with the cloth on the lower 1/3" of the spine an the front board very slightly faded. This volume is otherwise in absolutely fine condition with the binding tight, the hinges and joints strong and with no signs of weakness to the signatures. In a near fine, unclipped dust jacket with a 1/2" closed tear to the upper fore corner of the rear panel at the fold to the rear flap. 548 pages including an index to the flies, a bibliography, addendum of Carrie Stevens Dressings and text. Lavishly illustrated on every page with color photographs. Due to the size and weight of this volume (in excess of 10 pounds) our fixed rate shipping cost can not be applied.
