For Orders Paid by Check or Money Order

To pay by check or money order, click the Contact Dealer button rather than Add to Cart. We ship books upon receipt of payment by check or money order. We can accept foreign checks, and will quote a price in your local currency upon request.

For All Orders

Within the United States, Book Rate shipping is $4.40 for the first volume, $1.10 for each additional volume. For domestic Air Mail orders, we will ship via Priority Mail for $12.99 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!).

On international orders, rates are complex, so we will quote shipping options for your order (cost depends upon weight and destination). TomFolio does not provide an automated method for calculating shipping charges based on weight and destination, and only allows us to reduce the default rate. The default rate shown on the order page is good for orders up to 11 lbs. to Canada (Intracontinental) or Australia (International). If our actual costs are lower, your shipping charge will be reduced accordingly. We invite you to email us for a shipping quote before you place your order.

If you prefer, you may look it up in the table below. Most of our listings contain a shipping weight. Find the row for the shipping weight of your order and the column for your destination.
