Books are offered subject to prior sale. You may return any book within 14 days after you receive it for a refund; if it was not as described, we will also refund return shipping costs (but please e-mail us first). For Orders Paid by Check or Money Order
To pay by check or money order, click the Contact Dealer button rather than Add to Cart. We ship books upon receipt of payment by check or money order. We can accept foreign checks, and will quote a price in your local currency upon request.
Book Rate shipping within the United States is $4.20 for the first volume, $1.05 for each additional volume. We will ship via Priority Mail for $12.99 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!). On international orders, rates are complex, so we will quote shipping options for your order (cost depends upon weight and destination).
