F First Edition Colonial Issue. Very good in the original dark slate-green cloth, the front board adjacent to the foot of the front hinge has been attacked by rodents leaving a bare area in the form of an isosceles triangle of base 2cm, height 4cm. There is also very slight gnawing (not exceeding 2mm) at the foot of the first 40pp, which are in any case untrimmed. Despite the blemishes a clean tight copy of an exceedingly scarce book, which could easily be restored.
