Seller's Terms of Sale:
We stand behind every title that we sell and we want you to feel as confident purchasing a book from us sight-unseen over the Internet as you would buying one in our shop. We try to be as accurate as possible in describing and grading our books. In addition to carefully and conservatively grading each book, we also provide a description of any flaws or defects. However, if you still have questions, we do encourage you to email or call us.
We guarantee your purchase to be as described or it may be returned for a full refund within 10 days of receipt. Please notify us in advance if you decide to return a book. We do also accept returns for other reasons... however, while we can refund the price of the book in these cases, if the book is as described we cannot refund shipping costs. Again, please contact us for pre-authorization within 10 days of receipt before returning.
We care about our books and our customers which is reflected in the way we package and ship books. All books are wrapped and boxed carefully.
All books are subject to prior sale. Wisconsin residents will be charged the required sales tax. Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and checks are welcome.
Our shipping rates are based on an average size book. Costs may be adjusted downward after receipt of orders for smaller, lighter volumes. However, heavier volumes may require additional shipping costs (especially for international shipments). If so, we will contact you before processing the order for your approval.
