Generally, a standard weight book between 500 grams - 1 kilogram shipped by surface mail is $17 overseas and $13 to the United States, and somewhat less ($8 - $12) to Canadian destinations. Air delivery for average weights (500 grams - 1 kilogram) is $17 to the USA, and $34 overseas.
