Seller's Terms of Sale:

Prices are net in U.S. dollars.

Please reserve by telephone or email before sending payment.

Foreign cheques in all currencies accepted, as well as international money orders (the latter in US or Canadian dollars). Visa, Mastercard and AmericanExpress accepted through TomFolio.com. Payment by credit card or bank balance through PayPal also accepted.

Postal charges vary considerably by weight and destination, and are quoted *at cost*, without extra "handling" fees. Generally, a standard weight book between 500 grams - 1 kilogram shipped by surface mail is $18 overseas, and somewhat less ($9 - $14) to Canadian destinations. Effective at the beginning of 2013 Canada Post eliminated the surface mail option to the USA making shipping anything to our southern neighbour very expensive. Air delivery for average weights (500 grams - 1 kilogram) is now $18 to the USA (over 1 kilogram is now $25), and $37 overseas. Other weights also shipped at cost. If not as described books are returnable for a full refund, including return postage.
