Very Good in Very Good- dust jacket. First Edition. First Printing. Hard Cover Full red cloth, gilt lettering on spine, green endpapers. Illustrated with four color and five B&W plates, Text presentation: the pages on right are copies of Dickens' hand written manuscript, pages on left are typed, mirroring the other page. Slightly musty smell, small dent at bottom of rear board, small tear in cloth binding at bottom of front board, endpapers moderately sunned, some light foxing on edges. The unclipped dust jacket lightly soiled, shows mild wear and chipping, mostly around head and heel of spine, two small closed tears on front panel. VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD- . Small 4to 9" - 11" tall.
