Seller's Terms of Sale:

Payment Methods Accepted
We accept Paypal, Cash, UK Cheque, UK postal order, all credit cards cleared by paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Switch, Solo, Mastercard), or by phone on UK (0)1380 727872. No US checks or money orders please. Please send any cash registered mail.

Refunds
If you find that what you receive is materially and reasonably different from the description I can arrange return and a full refund including postage. Normally I can offer a refund if you need to return the book for some other reason, but I may not offer to pay return postage. Please contact me first, in either case, within seven days of receipt. All books are photographed.

Insurance and Postage
All books are dispatched within one working day, and I recommend Airmail outside the UK as it is quick (2-5 days) and insured. Surface mail is not insured and very slow (8 weeks). Delivery in the UK is Royal Mail 1st class, typically next day, and insured. Sometimes mail can take longer. Please let me know if you do not see your book within 15 days, if sent Air or 1st class. I do not charge any hidden extras for postage. If a books is very heavy, I specifically say how much extra postage you may expect to pay in the description. I charge the same postage for every book, and, on average, exactly what the post office charge me. I do not make money from postage - that's Royal Mail's job. Occasionally, for very heavy books or sets, I use Standard parcels or ParcelForce 24.

Packaging
Each book ships with a free book mark. Books are wrapped in tissue for protection, then in sealable corrugated cardboard packaging for extra protection. All paper and card packaging is recyclable.
