Dustjacket a little chipped and worn, lower panel unevenly darkened, spine sunned.

USPS money orders in U.S. funds should be made out to May Ellam. Books may be reserved for ten days if mailing payment. Payment is due with order. Libraries and institutions may be billed.
Items are returnable for any reason within seven days of receipt for a full refund of purchase price minus original shipping charge. Returned items must be in the same condition as we sent to you. We require prior notification and secure packing and may require insurance.
We cannot guarantee that parcels will be delivered within the time frame specified by USPS or the carrier you chose.
U.S. Shipments are sent via USPS media mail (7 to 21 days) at $3.95 the first book and $1.50 each additional volume (we discount shipping when possible on multi-book orders). Shipping via USPS priority mail (2 to 3 days) is $10.50 or less. Charges are reduced when possible, as when a flat-rate priority envelope ($6.25) can be used. We will quote very large or heavy books which may incur an additional fee. Express mail is available on request, as are other carriers. Shipments within California will be charged state sales tax.
Our international rates are based on parcels weighing THREE POUNDS. If your parcel weighs less, we will reduce your fee. If your parcel is very large or weighs more, we will quote. Shipments are charged at cost plus a small handling fee of around $1. Express mail is available on request, as are other carriers. VAT and other import taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Canada and Mexico Shipping via USPS priority mail international (6 to 10 business days - may be longer due to customs delays) is $27.75 or less to Canada and $33.50 or less to Mexico. A flat-rate priority envelope can sometimes be used at $13.50 (no tracking). USPS first class international for parcels up to 4 lbs is also available (no tracking), often at a lower rate (delivery time varies by destination).
