Most likely the only edition. 12mo; 152 pp., plates, map. Small nick to lead edge of contents page (affecting nothing). Flexible leather covers, spine bottom 2 inches detached along rear joint and hinged at front, spine along rear hinge split another 3 inches, joints and extremities rubbed, spine ends frayed. Good plus copy, internally quite good. This appears to have been bound in inferior leather which did not wear well. Still a scarce book. In 2 parts, to page 44 "The Carters of Virginia" and part 2 "Wells Short Stories."
