Sample Autograph Signature: Dan Jurgens American comic book artist and writer. Dan Jurgens studied art in Minneapolis and at the same time worked as a graphic designer. His first professional comic work was for DC Comics' Warlord which he began in 1982. He is best known for creating the superhero Booster Gold in 1986 and for his work on DC Comics' Superman from 1987 to 1999. During his tenure with Superman, he created another supporting hero called "Agent Liberty" and two of the popular villains in the series: Doomsday and the Cyborg. He has also worked on other series including Thor, Justice League, Teen Titans, and Zero Hour. It was his ideas which lead to the DC Comics' imprint, Tangent created in 1997-1998.
