Novelist and short story writer in the horror, science fiction and mystery genres. William Francis Nolan also wrote extensively for films and television, and has dabbled as an actor, illustrator and cartoonist. He wrote Logan's Run with George Clayton Johnson, and several sequels on his own. In 2006, he was given the honorary title of Author Emeritus by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, Inc.
