Archie Boston
Nationally known art director, designer and educator. Boston, a tenured Professor and Chairman of the Visual Communication Design Program at California State University at Long Beach, has won many awards and professional honors. He has also operated his own design firm, Archie Boston Design, for many years. In 2001, he published an autobiography titled Fly in the Buttermilk: Memoirs of an African American in Advertising, Design & Design Education.
