By signing and submitting an application to purchase a
share of stock in ABookCoop, Inc., the co-operative that owns and operates
TomFolio.com, the applicant agrees to abide by the following statement of
Non-Disclosure.

Information related to specific methods or features
of the business operation of ABookCoOp, Tom Folio TomFolio.com,
TomFolio.net, TomFolio.org or any other entity that is part of ABookCoOp;
or information related to the technical or intellectual property of either
the business or the web extensions of the business, is considered
proprietary information.
Proprietary information may be covered by
copyright, trademark, or trade secret laws. Proprietary information is not
to be discussed with anyone who does not have official business requiring
this information. Proprietary information is not to be discussed outside
of officially designated meetings, or with any person who does not have a
need to know in order to conduct the business of ABookCoOp.
It is in the
sole discretion of the Board of Directors of ABookCoOp to determine any
party who has a need to know. Violation of this non-disclosure statement
may be grounds for censure, suspension, or expulsion.
