By signing and submitting an application to purchase a
share of stock in ABookCoop, Inc., the co-operative that owns and operates
TomFolio.com, the applicant agrees to abide by the following statement of
Disclosure.

In discussing ABookCoOp business or issues,
either publicly or privately with others on ABookCoOp lists, all
persons shall disclose at that time seeming or real conflicts of
interest or any special interest in implementing a suggestion;
including professional, financial or other link with the source of
business being proposed as a solution.
Disclosure is not to be used
to disqualify a person from discussion in itself, but is to protect
him or her from being suspected of hidden motives, and may open the
door for ABookCoOp members or subscribers honestly and openly to
discuss the options presented.
In the event that a person stands to
gain financially if his or her suggestion is implemented by
ABookCoOp, or a group with whom he or she is affiliated stands to so
gain, he or she shall abstain from voting on that specific matter,
and state why he or she is so abstaining. Failure to do so may, upon
a two-thirds vote of the Board of Directors, result in the offending
person being suspended from remaining discussion of the business at
hand, and his or her proposal being invalidated as an option.
