Owner shares in the Cooperative. Owner shares are offered to bona fide
independent booksellers who sell used, rare, or collectible books, ephemera, and periodicals. The cost
of a share is $500, for which the qualified bookseller will receive one share of Stock
in ABookCoOp, a Wisconsin cooperative association, with voting rights as provided by
Wisconsin law and the bylaws of the Cooperative.
Time Payment Option: Owner shares can also
be purchased at $50 per month over a period of ten consecutive
months.

- 50,001 to 75,000 pay $75
- 75,001 to 100,000 pay $90

voting shareholders are required to pay a monthly dues of $10.00.
Association with other booksellers in this cooperative venture is a business
opportunity of considerable interest. However, cooperative stock itself is not an
investment opportunity; cooperative stock rarely pays any dividend, has limited marketability,
and may not appreciate in value. The value of the cooperative ownership lies in the
association of the members in furtherance of their mutual interests.
