First Edition 11"x8.5" Orange cloth. 47pp. Caldecott Award-winning Marie Hall Ets' first book has a humorous, engaging story and wonderful art. Her pictures were created with an interesting batik process, wherein Ets painted out white areas of her drawing with gum arabic and brushed the rest with ink.
