A salesman's sample copy, so only the first 123 pages of the book followed by blank lined paper interleaved with blotter paper for taking orders. These latter pages are unused. The book's cover shows the spine of the clothbound version. Spines showing the sheep and the morocco bindings are shown inside the front cover. Text mildly toned; tissue guard for frontis modestly foxed, but no foxing elsewhere. Very light extremity wear to the covers, and the rear cover has a nickel-sized blemish with a touch of swelling probably from a drop of liquid. Hardcover Hardcover Very Good
