32.   Bear, Greg, Illustrated by: Bear, Greg   ORIGINAL ARTWORK (Unititled)   Picture
Publisher: 1973. Original painting by Bear dated 1973, oils on canvas board - 20" x 15". An unique item. Bear is best known as a Science Fiction author, but in the 1970s he also produced some very nice interior and cover artwork (for instance, the cover for Galaxy 4/77). The scuttlebutt on this, is that it was commissioned by Shroud Publishers for "The White People" by Arthur Machen, but was never used. We have this as a verbal comment from seller, so take it as you may. Slight corner bumps; cardboard side has a few smudges and spots, else Fine. Signed by Illustrator Fine
