The author's second commercially published book and her first striking out in an Imagist manner. Five leaves with 7 pages of advertising for Lowell's poems at end. The poems are reprinted, in part, from various journals (see p. xviii). Cf. BAL 12967 (for 1st). Bound in green-gray paper over boards, green cloth spine, paper labels on spine and cover. Poems edited after Lowell's death by her companion and lover, the actress Ada Dwyer Russell. These are thirteen long poems with New England settings and local dialect.
